If the intended recipient has a private Email address then OT2 can Forward the messages to their Email address so they can retrieve their mail at home or on the road.

OT2 looks up the Department and Service information from your database, composes a response email back  to the constituent and sends a copy to you.

If you do not have email in your office OT2 can  Fax a copy of the email message to you.
