Every job takes Time. How does each Department / Division stack up on work status?  How much of what kind of service or work is being thrown at you each month and how much are you completing?  OurTown 2.0 calculates this quickly for you. Below is a sample of some of the Analytical Reports built into OT2:  Float your mouse over the Report Titles for a description.

How many of each type of request were put in for each month. How many of each type of work request were COMPLETED. Listed by month. x Number of requests came in for Tree Trims in March. Of those x, y have been Completed. Consider typical completion time when setting the date range for this report, otherwise your workers performance may look worse than it really is. If this is March 98 your completions for March 98 will, of course, be low. x Number of requests came in for Tree Trims in March. y Number of Tree Trims were Completed. Some of those y may have come in the previous month, so in some cases y may exceed x and the difference is called Variance. Total, Avg., Min, Max calculations on Man Hours, Employees used, and Span. Span is the number of days lapsed between the date the request came in until the date the job was done. Simply: Number of requests minus number of those completed equals number that remain to be done, and a percentage. Complete divided by Requests equals Performance percentage. i.e. 85 completed sidewalk repairs in June out of 100 requests equals 85%. Total requests by Department entered for each month. Total requests COMPLETED by Department each month. Same as Report C, except totaled by Department. Same as Report D, except totaled by Department. Same as Report E, except totaled by Department. Total requests by Division / Bureau (Subordinate to a Department) entered for each month. Total requests by Division / Bureau (Subordinate to a Department) Completed each month. Same as Report C, except totaled by Division / Bureau. Same as Report D, except totaled by Division / Bureau. Same as Report E, except totaled by Division / Bureau. Standard Complaint Statistics by Division. Lists total requests, requests completed, requests remaining. Broken down by Service/Contact Code Number within each Division.
