- Work Orders -
OT2 is a fully featured Work Order Management System for Public Works
Departments. Based on feedback from our live presentations we have created an interactive Work Order Demo.

- Citizen Information -
OT2 stores and tracks information and communications with citizens.
- Data Routing -
Knows which department is responsible. Places information in right
database. Sends a work order or report to the printer at the desk
of the person in charge of that service. Emails the supervisor.
Sends a fax to an outside agency or contractor.
- ABC/LEM & GASB34 -
For the uninitiated these acronyms may not mean anything. But this is an
important feature built into OT2. Activity Based Costing
/ Labor, Equipment and Materials, provide the
foundation for producing reports that tell you exactly how much it
costs to deliver services to your citizens. The General Accounting
Standards Board, Statement 34 requires that you
track this information.
