  • Work Orders  - OT2 is a fully featured Work Order Management System for Public Works Departments. Based on feedback from our live presentations we have created an interactive Work Order Demo.   • Citizen Information  - OT2 stores and tracks information and communications with citizens.

  • Data Routing - Knows which department is responsible. Places information in right database.  Sends a work order or report to the printer at the desk of the person in charge of that service.  Emails the supervisor.   Sends a fax to an outside agency or contractor.
  • ABC/LEM & GASB34 - For the uninitiated these acronyms may not mean anything.  But this is an important feature built into OT2.  Activity Based Costing / Labor, Equipment and Materials, provide the foundation for producing reports that tell you exactly how much it costs to deliver services to your citizens.  The General Accounting Standards Board, Statement 34 requires that you track this information.  

  • HTML Generation- Creates Interactive Internet Web Pages based on your government services.  You don't need to have any working knowledge of how to make a web page.

  • Scaleable.  Expands to fit your needs - You can start by using OT2 in one small office, such as the Street Lighting Division of the Public Works Department.  You can then bring other Divisions or Entire Departments on Line as desired.

  • Connect with Other Databases - Works well with other software packages.  OT2 (OurTown 4.0) is the center point for all citizen contact.  For specialty cases it passes the data to the target application for the specified department.

  • Work Flow Status Reports - View work in progress.  Who has been assigned the work, when, why is it not complete, when is completion expected.

  • Tickler Reports - Reminds you to do work on a certain date.

  • Batch Printing - Print out groups of work orders sorted for best performance planning.

  • Analysis - Select from pre-programmed reports that give you totals of work orders received vs. total completed and total outstanding.  Total Performance Review system.

  • Report Generator - Design and publish your own reports using the Query Maker Reporting tool. 

  • Graphs and Graphs of Analysis - Create stunning Graphs to accompany in-depth cross-tabs and other analytical reports.

  • Caller ID - Displays the name, address and contact history  of the constituent calling.

  • Export - Use OT2 data with other programs such as Excel, dBase, Word, Informix, Oracle, etc.
